It is built on a property of 4 acres next to an olive grove overlooking the endless blue and just 300 meters from the scenic beach of Gerani, ideal for enjoying a quiet and family vacation. Villa Maison d'Olivier is a modern ground floor house of 96 sqm in a two-storey building, with independent entrance and private parking within the complex. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, open plan living-dining area, fully equipped and functional kitchen, air conditioning and central heating, as well as electricity is provided through solar panels with respect for the environment. - The house may accommodate one pet up to 10 kg. - Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. -The Εnvironmental fee 10 euro per night from March to October and 4 euro per night from November to February is mandated by the Greek government and applies to all visitors from January 1, 2024 who staying in accommodations in Greece. It contributes to environmental conservation efforts on the island, including waste management and sustainability initiatives.
