The villa measures 310m2 and is fenced all around for your privacy. It features in total six bedrooms and six bathrooms (5 indoors and 1 outdoor). The vast outdoor space offers a private pool of 40m2 with an integrated pool for children, sunbeds, parasols and a playground. Of course, there is also a BBQ area and large outdoor dining tables. Don't miss the chance to cook your food at the wood stove! On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom with a shower. There are also two bedrooms, one with two single beds (that can be joined into a double one) and one with a queen-sized bed, which also offers a private bathroom with shower and direct access to the pool. The internal stairs lead you to the first floor, where you can find four bedrooms, a shared bathroom with shower and an office. The bedrooms are arranged as follows: a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined into a double one) and another single bed on a loft, a bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined into a double one) and a private bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with shower. Each bedroom offers its own private balcony with views to the gardens.

The villa is situated at the village of Sarakinado, within 10 minutes' drive from the Tsilivi tourist resort and 15' minutes' drive from the protected natural site of Kalamaki beach (Natural Park of the Caretta caretta turtle). It is within 5' minutes' drive from the Zakynthos city-centre offering multiple possibilities for good restaurants, coffee houses and bars. At the village of Sarakinado, there is also a water village where you can play with your family and friends. The location of the villa is ideal, if you want to explore all the different beaches and natural beauty of the island be it on the north, south, west or east. Our tip: do not miss the opportunity to explore the northern and western part of the island with its famous beaches: Shipwreck, Blue Caves, Xigia, Makris Gialos, Limnionas etc.
