Maison with apartments near to the beach is a private complex of several studios in the popular area of Agios Emilianos. Located on the hill, thanks to which every apartment has a stunning view of the sea. The apartments have everything you need for a good rest. The closest beach is the blue water cove, just a few minutes walk. There is a hotel nearby, which has a swimming pool and an organized beach. The territory of the complex is large enough, there is a gazebo with a barbecue area (available in common use). Free on-site and off-site parking is also available.

The apartments are located in the very popular area of Agios Amilianos, a 5-minute drive from Porto Heli, where there are taverns, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and the promenade for walking. And a 2-minute drive from the port of Costa, from where you can reach the cosmopolitan island of Spetses. Also within a 20-minute drive is the town of Ermioni, from where you can get to the famous island of Hydra.
