Maratho Villa is a wonderful countryside villa, located in the picturesque village of Xiro Horio just 2.5 km from Rethymno town, close to the beach and restaurants.Externally, the villa is built with stone providing a classic, yet modern look. Getting out of the villa a stone paved terrace awaits you to offer a unique summer experience! To make things even better, there is a wonderful 35 m2 and 1.10-1.80 private swimming pool, with hydro massage capacity that can offer you totally relaxation and sun beds located in the huge and full of trees outside area giving you the opportunity to enjoy the sun where it shines all summer long! There is also a fully equipped BBQ area available outdoors, in a great shaded area, giving you the ample opportunity for al fresco dining! This ground floor villa extends in 160 sq. m. proving comfortable accommodation for up to 9 guests in its two bedrooms and in the lovely loft that is situated in the garden! Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Smoking is allowed only outdoors. No pets allowed No events allowed Climate Resilience Fee A 8,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
