Margaw's Villa is set in Peraia. The property features garden and city views. There is a sun balcony and guests can make use of, free WiFi and free private parking. The villa is fitted with a fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, flat-screen 55'' smart TV with streaming services, cable tv within the living room and in the two main bedrooms two 32'' smart tv's with streaming services, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can take in the ambience of the surroundings from an outdoor dining area or keep themselves warm by the fireplace on colder days only in winter. Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne. Macedonia Airport is 10 km away!
Our villa is located on the first main road of Peraia, 600m from the beach in a charming and convenient neighborhood. Within walking distance, you’ll find a bakery, two mini markets just 150 meters away, a large supermarket at 200 meters, and two pharmacies — one only 100 meters away and the other at 150 meters. The area offers both comfort and easy access to everyday essentials, making it perfect for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.
