Two bedroom apartment 90 sqm, 15 meters from the sea, in the beautiful town of Agios Nikolaos with 6 beaches in the city. Two of them are from the Marilia apartment just a 2 minute walk. The lake and the center of town are just a 5-minute walk away, walking by the sea. 4-5 persons can sleep in the apartment. We have one double and two large single beds in two separate bedrooms. A bottle of wine will greet you with a plate of seasonal fruit.
We will be very pleased to welcome you and stay in our apartment Marilia. We will be available for everything you will need. We do not provide cleanliness unless you stay more than 10 days, once in the middle of stay. You will find the apartment clean and we like to keep it clean during your stay with us. We have clean linens in the closets. When you will change it call us to come to collect them. We have in the apartment all the necessary things that you help to keep is clean, first for you. There are chairs for outside and table, but during the night, please keep them in in case of strong wind.
Marilia apartment is just by the sea and between two beaches, one small and one bigger. Both of them are very clean, such as all the beaches in our town. You will find cafe, restaurants, super markets, rental office, all in 5-7 min walking by the sea. You can park your car on the street or in a free parking which is 100m. away.
