The accommodation 80 square meters is located on the 1st (and last) floor of a fully restored and modernized stone building 30m from the sea in the center of Plytra Lakonia. It has a large terrace with a magnificent view of the sea, Karavostasi and a balcony overlooking the garden. It is located just 300m from two fully organized beaches and 1.9km from the beach of Karavostasi. It has 2 bedrooms with one double and one single bed, living room with sofa bed, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.
The surrounding area: Υou can find restaurants, cafes, a playground and a mini market.
It offers plenty of options for nearby excursions. It is approximately 19 km from Monemvasia, about 1 hour from Elafonissos, 30 minutes from Gythio, 1 hour from Mani. Ideal destination for holidays!
