MaVitaPlace Villa Familia Jacuzzi & Whirlpool, this modern and comfortable villa offers a unique atmosphere and high-speed fiber-optic WiFi. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with a 65” 4K Smart TV and dining area. The large covered terrace with outdoor furniture is perfect for relaxing summer evenings, while the private, heated Jacuzzi/Whirlpool for up to 6 guests offers the ultimate relaxation for family and friends. For added comfort, the villa has air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom, and ceiling fans in every room. In winter, underfloor heating with a heat pump keeps the villa cozy. Free private parking is available on the premises.

Enjoy a stylish and comfortable stay just 5 minutes by car from the city’s shopping center, a short walk from the intercity bus station, and 1 km from the E75 motorway exit. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The popular Paralia Katerinis beach is only 5 minutes away by car, and many other beaches along the Pieria coastline are also easily accessible. Elatochori Ski Center is a 30-minute drive. You can also explore Mount Olympus and nearby historical sites such as Dion, Platamonas Castle, Meteora, and Vergina.
