Semi-basement Apartment, part of a detached residence, with independent entrance and private parking space in the wider outside area of the fenced yard, where you can enjoy not only your breakfast but throughout the day, while surrounded by the serenity of green nature. New, neat construction, with a fully equipped open plan kitchen with living room and dining room, with 1 bright double bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe and shelves as well as a closet with ironing equipment. There is a comfortable bathroom with a shower cabin with free toiletries provided. The apartment has a unique rustic character with furniture that was brought either from our trips to France or from our local olive trees which we turned into furniture to enhance the country character of the house. We invite you to enjoy our hospitality in a special place for a peaceful stay and relaxation. Fondas & Isabelle
We would like to introduce ourselves, we are Xenofon and Isabelle, we live in Corfu island, on - site, our home is a detached ground and 1 floor while we rent in short-term our well-lit semi-basement apartment, with its private entrance. The configuration of the external common area was completed with lots of hours of personal work and ideas, with a lot of care and love to offer relaxing moments in a natural environment, trees for shade, plants, as well as a special outdoor bathing corner, for a cool shower break after a hot day at sea. Please have in mind that since we are a property located into the country, we are into nature, the property has domestic animals, hens, ducks into their pond, and stray cats that we have saved and care for and move freely around the yard, amongst us. We will be your neighbors and Hosts and, we will provide you with full assistance when needed but also with respect to your privacy.
The apartment is located in a quiet countryside neighborhood, very close to the main road, the National Road of Achilleion, with the bus stop just 100 meters away, will serve you perfectly with 2 different service lines to the city center but also to the famous village of Gastouri, only 3km. away, where and the famous Achilleio is located, the palace of the Austro-Hungarian princess Sissy which can be visited for a stroll around its luscious green gardens and the magnificent sea views. The distance to the nearest supermarket is 400 meters as well as a small cafe just 100 meters from the house.
