I am Vangelis, the owner of Mel Studios Chania apartments. I have traveled to many countries of the world and almost all of Greece for both leisure and professional reasons. On all my journeys, the accommodation I chose to stay was one of the reasons that made me remember the journey itself, usually with pleasant memories. This is why I wanted to offer future travelers who intend to visit Western Crete, a comfortable space that will offer them relaxation, safety, enjoyment of the sea, a place that can be a base for excursions to the sights of the area, a place that the traveler will remember with joy and satisfaction. The apartment is located in Kalamaki, one of the most beautiful coastal suburbs of Chania, in a dead-end over the main street and this makes it very quiet, though in a tourist area and very close to the beach. In the neighborhood you will find all kinds of shops, without having to use the car, while the bus stop is about 50 meters away. From this area you can very easily and quickly access the National Road for your road trips with your car, if you wish to explore the many beauties of Western Crete. In a few words, the location is perfect both for relaxation as well as a starting point for your excursions. Last but not least, only 4 km away from the center of Chania, with its impressive old town and romantic old harbor.
