The villa is part of a Melia Luxury Villas complex, it is the 3rd in Line ( two more villas are located just in front) where two more villas are located, each with their own pool and facilities. The villa is just a few steps away from the sea. The villa features two wonderful bedrooms on the ground floor, one with en-suite bathroom and one with shared bathroom, allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. On the lower lever lay two more spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds, in its 4 spacious bedrooms. All bedrooms feature premium mattresses and linen, hypoallergenic Coco-mat. Bonus : Only a few steps away from the villa you will find a beach, where you can enjoy a morning swim. *Events are welcome upon request & only if all the three Melia Luxury Villas are booked. Prior notice, extra fees, event contract required. Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Smoking is allowed only outdoors. It is less than 30 minutes driving distance to the famous Falasarna beach.
