Our house combines Cycladic tradition with contemporary simplicity. It consists of 5 spots: bedroom (double bed - fun), living/dining room (single bed & small traditional couch - air condition), kitchen, bathroom and courtyard. Our house is only 10 minutes away from the port and can be reached by car, taxi or bus. Arriving in Kato Chora, you can easily park on the public road, as it’s never crowded. The distance from that spot to the house is a 3 minute walk and there are some STEPS. The centre of Ano Chora is less than a 10 minute walk through the picturesque alleys of Kato Chora. Tip: in the afternoon-evening hours prefer to visit Ano Chora on foot rather than by car. Finally, all the beaches of the island are within 10-20 minutes from the house by car.
The location of our house is unique: it’s located in one of Serifos centres, Chora, but the neighbourhood is calm and quiet with convenient free parking at the street. You can walk around the Cycladic paths, heading for Ano Chora, 10 minutes away from the house on foot. There you will find super markets, traditional cafes, taverns, bars and some shops. It is worth visiting the square of Ano Chora, where there is the town hall of Serifos and the church of Saint Athanasios, as well as the Venetian Kastro (Castle), which is at the very top of Chora, to enjoy the stunning Aegean view.
