This beachfront private property just above Platis Gialos is in the Southern part of Mykonos Island combining some of the most sought-after features for a holiday getaway. The property is reached by a narrow street, literally a few steps away from the front door. Just a few steps away from picturesque traditional restaurants and walking distance to Scorpios Mykonos and Nammos Psarou Beach. Also within walking distance is the beach of Agia Anna/Paranga, reachable via an unpaved path. The view is also a worth feat, stretching out over the bay with the beach and moored yachts in the background.
The outdoor spaces all face towards the sea, making the most of the location and allowing guests to enjoy their outdoorsyness in all comfort. The stylish terrace gradually descends into the villa's private pool, positioned in the front of the property. An ample pergola covers the outdoor dining and lounge area while a captivating bar/bbq area has been conceived just behind this space to complete a combination that gives options for any time of the day.
Indoors the living areas all make the best out of the view and spill directly onto the terrace, providing all modern comforts in a discrete and airy atmosphere. The villa is also family friendly since the children can enjoy the sandy beach literally 20 meters away from the villa! As said before it is in the Southern part of the island meaning that the villa is protected from the Nothern Aegean winds.
