'Neria Villas Collection' is comprised of 3 detached villas (Villa Neria, Villa Stratos and Villa Konstantina) situated within private grounds. Guests have exclusive access to 3 private swimming pools, making it an ideal retreat for large groups who wish to stay together. With a total capacity to accommodate up to 19 guests, these detached villas offer the perfect blend of privacy and shared spaces for a memorable vacation. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
