A traditional townhouse built and maintained by my family since the 1850s. It is located right on the center square of the traditional village Theologos and features 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom spread over 2 stories. The south side features a big balcony with BBQ and an incredible view of the surrounding mountains. Everything you need can be found within a 300m radius, Traditional taverns& cafes, a bakery, and a supermarket as well as the Kefalogourna waterfall. The cleaner comes every 3 days to change sheets & towels at approximately 12:00 o'clock. Please keep in mind, The floors are wooden and can creak and there is no air conditioning in the property. Still, because the house is in a mountain village it's generally cooler than at sea level, and especially in the night AC is not necessary. Thank you.

I live in Limenas, the capital of Thassos which is about an hour's drive from Theologos where the house is located, But I'm available on my phone (Viber & Whatsapp too) at any time for anything you need, be it any issue or just advice on where to eat!

Right in the heart of the traditional village Theologos, with everything from taverns and cafes to the mini-market and bakery within walking distance. You can walk everywhere in the village. There is a parking space right in front of the house.
