Hidden in the labyrinthine streets of Dryopida village, this house was originally erected in the 1930s, this 75 sq m dwelling, has undergone an overall renovation, seamlessly blending its historical charm with contemporary design principles. The living space on the first floor is strategically positioned to take advantage of the balcony and its beautiful view towards Galata while fostering privacy between the two bedrooms located on the ground and mezzanine level.
Architect mainly working on Greek Islands.
Please note, that since the house is located in the traditional settlement of Dryopida, there are some steps from the main square to the house (approx 20). There is a photograph uploaded. Please request for a video if you need more information.
