The condo is pretty small, but modern, has huge veranda, tiny pool, stunning views of the main climing wall and towards the sea and the islandTelendos. It sits high above Melitzaha village with 10-minute walk to Melitzaha sandy beach & restauraunts. The nearest crags (for climbers) are Ourania & Symplegades. The property is a self-service type of apartment, so we do not provide cleaning, but there are extra sets of bedsheets & towels, more are provided upon request. There is washing machine, vacuum cleaner & everything for cleaning. The apartment has only one disadvantage, but we want to warn you about it: it is located very high at the end of a very steep driveway (parking is spacious & not problematic). It requires and excellent driver to get up by car or motorbike, and walking up by foot in the summer heat is very tiresome. So it will be hard to live in the condo without car or motorbike.

Our family lives and climbs in Kalymnos since beginning of 2022. We are always happy to show around and to give useful tips on everything - beaches, restauraunts, crags, pharmacies, shops. The apartment is our own rental property, so we have time to take care of our guests & amend to their special requests.
