This nice & quiet apartment is new build in this decade, has got 2 rooms with 40 square meters, it’s very light and it’s got a bathroom, kitchen, living room, bed room, an elevator and a big balcony over two cardinal points. The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, washing machine and it’s ready furnished and provides free parking in front of the door. The apartment is located in a quiet living area, very close to city centre, near parks, in a little street, so you will be able to sleep with open windows if you like, and also in very near walking distance to everything you wish like supermarkets, bakery, cafes, bars, restaurants, shopping boutiques, museums and to the light house ferry harbour.

We love to host the world and get in touch with the various personalities and their cultures! We like meeting people and love hosting as we do this for many decades. As well we really enjoy gardening, making vine from our own vineyard outside of town and having dinner with family and friends. We hope you enjoy your stay at our apartment! From this apartment, you can get to any spot by walk, city busses or the very affordable taxis. During summer season you have to have a walk at the harbour road near the light house between 20h and 00h when the road is closed for cars. The apartment is located just a few minutes walk to public busses or central overland bus station (KTEL), taxi station and ferry boat to samothraki. A Taxi to the airport takes about 15 minutes. The city of Alexandroupolis got approx. 80.000 population, an airport, which you can reach other international destinations via Athens. The central overland bus station (KTEL) gives good connection to other nearer destinations like Thessaloniki or National Park Evros Delta.
