We are a family run property myself and my husband Takis and 2 boys, and together we run our family Restaurant, Lava Grill. The accommodation is located just off the main road and located behind our Taverna. We take pride in looking after our rooms to ensure they are of a high standard and meet the needs of our guests. All our one bedroom apartments and Two Bedroom Apartments are located on the 1st Floor and are suitable for Families and couples. On site we also have a lovely swimming pool with bar / snack bar and offer our guests free sunbeds and umbrellas. Our aim is to make your holiday one to remember so please let us know if there is anything we can help you with. We have FREE onsite parking. We meet all our guests at our family taverna (2 minutes walk from the house) called LAVA GRILL & RESTAURANT. All our guests are welcome to eat at our Taverna and we offer a 10% discount on each meal.

Our family all work in our family taverna LAVA GRILL, you see in our photo's, and welcome all our guests to come and enjoy a meal. On arrival this is where you will find us so please call in for us to greet you and take you to the house which is located behind. We are here to help with anything you need during your stay. Nikki's Studios & Apartments is set behind our Restaurant Lava Grill and restaurant, but central to the resort of Moraitika. Lovely Sandy beach on 5 minutes walk. and all facilities are in very easy walking distance. Moraitika offers something for everyone including wide variety of restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, tribute nights, ice cream parlours, even hair dresser and beauty parlours. There are plenty of car hire and excursion offices if you would like to take in some the amazing sights and scenery of our beautiful island.
