My name is Nick Karavolias. I was born and raised in Rhodes Island. I've studied economics and i'm extremely passionate with the field. I love travelling and meeting new people and new cultures because this way i'm getting better as a person as well as an economist.

If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable, luxury, modern and aesthetic living space, Mediterranean Luxury Villa is for you. It hosts ideally up to 6 people. However, it can accommodate up to 8 people. WiFi and air-conditioning are provided for free in all our spaces. Renovated in 2023. It is the perfect choice for families, couples or group of friends. The villa is a 160m2 fully independent and private space separated by 2 floors. In the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen which has everything you shall need during your stay, a large living room with a huge couch and a stunning 65” smart TV, a classic dining area with modern touches where you can enjoy a family, as well as a romantic, meal and the WC. Moving on upstairs, you will find our beautiful and modern bedrooms as well as, the complete bathroom. Each bedroom has a large comfortable double bed that offers an amazing sleep. In addition, you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise or a sunset from our balconies. Outside the villa, there is a front-yard and a back-yard. In the front-yard you can enjoy a lovely breakfast next to our beautiful garden, or you can have a jacuzzi experience.

The new villa is conveniently located. You’ll have access by walking within a few minutes to many conveniences that you might need during your holidays. (e.g. Pharmacies, Supermarkets, cafeterias, restaurants, tavernas, banks/ATMs, bus stations, taxi stations, gas stations, car and motorbike rentals). The airport is in a distance of 6.8kms while on the other hand you will find the town center, 8kms far from the villa. In the broader area of Ialisos you can visit the famous Filerimos mountain which has a great history, amazing hiking paths and an absolutely unforgettable view from the peak. When it comes to the beaches in Ialissos, it can’t be unsaid the perfect climate of Ialisos for windsurfing.
