My company has been involved in leisure travels for 10 years, with luxury boats, cars and for the last 5 years renting luxury apartments and villas.

Property information

A brand new, luxury and comfortable apartment (85sqm + 15sqm balcony), two bedrooms, on the fourth floor (penthouse), a modern building with private parking and elevator, only 5 steps from the sea. If you like swimming, then you have found the perfect place for your vacation. Everything you may need during your vacation is by your side, as the apartment is located on the most popular pedestrian street in the area. Taverns, cafes, organized beach bars, supermarkets, etc. are only a few minutes walk away. A place made to offer you unforgettable moments. A bright apartment with air condition (for cold and heat) in all areas, security door and double glazing for sound insulation and temperature insulation. From the kitchen and the living room, through the 5m glass, you have unrestricted sea views that take your breath away. The kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel at home. Sit back on the large and comfortable sofa in the living room, watching movies on the 50-inch smart TV. Enjoy your dinner in the dining room overlooking Thermaikos or drink your wine on the 15sqm balcony, admiring the sunset and feeling the gentle breeze and the salt of the sea.

Neighbourhood information

The specific area of ​​PERAIA is one of the most beautiful of Thessaloniki, since there is full access to the sea in 5 steps with 7 km of beach which receives every year a blue flag approved by the European Union. The only feature of the area is all kinds of fish taverns in front of the sea with a unique view of Thessaloniki mainly at night. Also the visitors can walk or ride a bike with absolute safety as most of it has been turned into a pedestrian street. Another unique feature of our area is the direct access to the shopping centers IKEA, MENDITERRANEAN COSMOS, APOLLONIA POLITIA at a distance of 20 minutes by car thus allowing the visitor to do his shopping without going to the city center if he does not wish. The REGENCY CASINO OF THESSALONIKI is also very close. There is also the INTER-BALKAN MEDICAL CENTER for visitors who have reasons to visit it. Airport (SKG Thessaloniki) is just 7 minutes away from the apartment.
