Olia Villa consists of three floors and a sunny basement, at the upper floor you will find a double and a single bed, and the ground floor includes the living room with direct access to the front yard with a dining table for six, you will enjoy your meals with your family and friends at the sea view terrace. The first floor has a double bedroom, a beautiful balcony with an amazing sea view, and a bathroom. Finally, the last floor has a double and a single bed. Please keep in mind that the pool is seasonal 15 June until 15 September

Neighbourhood information

Located at a luxury complex of villas with a huge shared pool and free private parking. The complex provides umbrellas and sunbeds at the beach and finally, you can use the basketball and tennis court whenever you wish. Afitos is about 8 km away and Nea Fokea is about 3.5 km away.
