Grey House Villas, Omorfi Suite, is situated on an old olive grove. Along with Villa Petra, the ancient trees and walls from long ago are still visible. We have tried to preserve it as much as possible in its original state and have added new, young olive trees. The suite is a one-room apartment/studio located below the owners' house/pool. It has a private terrace with a dining table and sun loungers. Grey House Villas, Omorfi Suite, is located on the other side of Katouna, with breathtaking views of the sea, the islands of Meganisi, Kalamos, and Skorpios, and the harbor of Nikiana. The terrain at Grey House Villas/Omorfi Suite is quite steep. This makes it less suitable for people with limited mobility and is not suitable for wheelchairs. Please keep this in mind when booking this accommodation. The swimming pool at Grey House Villas is a shared pool, located next to the owners' house. It is open to guests at certain times of the day. The road from the old school in Katouna to Grey House Villas/Omorfi Suite is currently still partially unpaved and rocky. The last section to the house is particularly bumpy, with sand, pebbles, and rocks, and very steep. Breakfast can be booked separately. You can request this in advance after booking your accommodation. Please send a message with your preferences. There is an additional charge for this. We regularly organize dinners with a view during good weather. You can register for these. There is an additional charge for this. Due to fire hazard, open fires and barbecues are NOT permitted at this accommodation.
We, Yvonne Han and Roxy, our Greek dog, warmly welcome you to Grey House Villas, Omorfi Suite. We are from the Netherlands and have owned this B&B since 2025. Come relax with us and enjoy the breathtaking views, the atmosphere, and privacy. And if you have any questions, we are happy to help!
Taverna Kollokas is in Katouna, 400 meter from our house. Also is there a nice Coffee bar on the square, were you can have a good Coffee and breakfast!
