The apartment also boasts a dining area separated by 3 steps from a living room which includes a sofa bed, making it ideal for families or small groups, and a balcony with outdoor dining table and sea view. It features upstairs one bathroom and two bedrooms: the main bedroom has a double bed, a TV and a sea view balcony with outdoor furniture, while the second bedroom features a single bed and a futon bed. Both are equipped with AC.
