Our Parent's House is a two-floor house in Skala Kallirachis, 20 meters from the sea. Our Parent's House was built by Theodoros Vourvoutsiotis and his brothers, at early '50s. It was a classic rural family house with thick stone walls, developed on two floors: On lower floor, they kept their crop and tools. Upstairs the family was living. Renovated in 2007. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms available: the two have a double bed and in the third, communicating with the second (ideal for families with children) there are two double berth! The entire lower floor is single and includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, and a toilet. In our yard, small but functional, the centuries-old olive tree dominates. Beneath the shadow you can enjoy your coffee, while around our flower-beds there are vines, peach and lemon trees, variety of aromatic plants. In the background, there is also a built-in BBQ. The indication "Maximum 4 adults" is present and recommended: the house can definitely accommodate more adults, knowing that they will stay in bunk beds. According to the Greek law concerning short-term rents, we do not offer any hotel-like service such as cleaning, change of linen, etc., but for long-term bookings there will be available materials to serve yourself.

A few minutes on foot, the square of the village offers a marketplace with all the necessary stores (shops) during your holidays: mini market, bakery, butcher shop, drug store, café, restaurants. In the short distance of 80 there is the closest beach (not organized) while the closest one is at 150m approx. contains umbrellas sunbeds, café... Each Monday morning in the small village of Prinos the Public Market is open where you can buy Fresh fruits and vegetables. The house is situated on the main road, you have to know that there is always the possibility of car noise.
