Luxury houses at the village of Palio, approximately 6 kilometers from the center of Kavala and just 1 minute walk to the nearest organised beach. A market, restaurant, bakery and cafe are located in walking distance from the houses. A park is situated in the center of the village and there is frequent public transport to Kavala. The houses feature a minimal style of decoration with spacious and comfortable rooms. All rooms include air-condition apart from two that provide fans. Some rooms include private bathrooms and balconies that provide stunning view of the sea and the surrounding mountains. Every apartment includes a kitchen with oven, fridge, hob, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. An outdoor barbecue is free for use. Sheets, toiletries and double set of towels are provided.

A quiet neighborhood even during the busiest season of the year in July and August. Those who share the passion of exploring can walk on the quiet village streets between the houses or along the coastline. The scenery consists of plenty of villas and small houses built on the slope of the mountain that lowers down and ends on the coast.
