Panmar Villa is a large property in countryside wich consists of two independent apartments and is located just 250 m. from Saint Nicolas Beach, Vasilikos. The ground floor of Panmar Villa (75 sq. m.) recently renovated and ready to accommodate 4-5 people. As we enter, we find an open plan living room, dinning room and kitchen area. The apartment is framed by large terraces all over the side, overlooking the green courtyard. The corridor connects the "functional" part of the house with the bathroom and the two bedrooms. The large bedroom (double bed) is framed by a large independent terrace. The small bedroom (2 single beds) exudes the relaxed holiday climate. The upper floor apartment (60 sq. m.) can accommodate up to 5 people. It has kitchen, dining room and living room (2 single beds) in an open plan. At the North side the big bedroom (double bed) is in summer colors. The balconies and the large veranda all around give the feeling of freedom and serenity. The grandeur of the island beauty and the captivating tranquility of the location are the main features of the seaside holiday house Panmar Villa.

Tourist shops, taverns and seaside bars are within 100 meters. The villa is surrounded by a large exterior area with lawn, roses, bougainvillea and olive trees, where guests can relax and enjoy .
