This family home is located in Crete, at North-East, at the top of a hill above the port of Kouremenos. At an altitude of 75 metres, it enjoys a fantastic panorama of the sea and the bay of Kouremenos, of the village of Palaikastro and Agathia, of the olive groves and the surrounding mountains. A very large paved stone terrace, accessible from both outside and inside, facing South will allow you to relax, to take a drink in the shade or in the sun, to have lunch with your family, or enjoy the starry skies.
The limited neighborhood guarantees a calm without measure, in the open air, and in the center of the nature. A huge plot of 4,000 m2, terraced, and partly planted with olive trees, surrounds the house. In this garden a little wild, you can also discover a wide variety of trees, and aromatic Cretan plants in their natural environment.
