Park-Sea View luxury Villa with private pool and a magnificent indoor and outdoor spaces, located in the area of Agioi Apostoloi. About 50m away you will find the sundy and equipped beach named Agioi Apostoloi, Golden Beach is around 500m away from the villa. At the area of Agioi Apostoloi there are many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, ATM, Pharmacy and many different kinds of water sports. The two beaches of the Agioi Apostoloi are located just 3km west of Chania and is a beautiful resort. The first cove at west is located just beside the east edge of Glaros Beach. It is a beautiful sandy beach with all amenities and a large parking place nearby and easily accessed. A small peninsula is formed on the west side of the beach, which protects it from the winds. On the peninsula there is a nice park, which is ideal for walking, and the scenic chapel of the Holy Apostles after which the wider area takes its name. A second “twin” semicircular cove is formed some meters to the east, with beautiful greenish waters and fine sand. The rock formations on the side are amazing. Beside the east end of the beach, there is a small pine grove extending to the east till Chrisi Akti.

On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with twin beds and a private bathroom with shower for each room.
