A luxurious brand-new beach house/villa with stunning sea views in the heart of the cosmopolitan island of Spetses. The house is located in Kounoupitsa area virtually in front of the sea within walking distance from all the points of interest of the island and only a few mins walk away from one of the most trendy beaches which among other things provide all kinds of water sports. Top fish restaurants and café bars virtually a step away. Very vibrant, yet quite location enjoys both sea and mountain views from its balconies. The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house has the main living room and dinning table on the top floor where guests can enjoy the panoramic sea views while dinning or having a drink on the bar. The backyard cozy “olive tree garden” provides an alternative relaxation and dinning facilities. The interior is just an architectural jewel with minimal concept, fully equipped with everything a person desires, two smart TV’s, washing machine, etc.
