Relax in this Brand New (est. 2022), calm and elegant space that is really rare in modern Athens and the Western suburbs. It is equipped with the most ergonomic furniture on the market, modern electrical appliances and everything oriented and human-friendly in order to offer a unique accommodation experience. A residence that brings you closer to nature and takes you on a journey thanks to the huge palm tree in the center of its colorful garden.
The area Our newly built apartment (2022) is located in a very beautiful and quiet neighborhood very close to the Attica Hospital (5-6 minutes on foot), the metro station (Agia Marina) is 5 minutes away by car or 10- 15 minutes walk. Also near us is the University of Western Attica (2.5 kilometers), the P.S.NA (800 meters) as well as the Dafni hospital (850 meters), the K.E.V.O.P camp is 300 meters, just like Greek oils.
The market of Dasous Haidarios for shopping, food, Super Market, pharmacies and your coffee in our lively cafes is within a radius of 100 meters.
At 30 meters there is a central bus stop that runs from Elefsina to Athens
