Neighbourhood information

Agios Dimitrios, where the villa is located, is a charming village nestled close to Pigi village (800m), where you'll find a mini-market and a traditional Kafenion serving delicious food. Additionally, nearby Adele village (1.5km) and Adelianos Kampos (4km), a suburb of Rethymnon by the beach, offer a plethora of shops, mini-markets, bars, beach bars, tavernas, and restaurants. Moreover, there are several worthwhile attractions nearby, including the historic Arkadi Monastery, the pottery village of Margarites, and Eleftherna with its Museum of Ancient Eleftherna. This museum, while smaller in size, is akin to those found in Olympia, Delphi, and Vergina, offering a fascinating glimpse into Crete's rich history.
