We are the owners of the five boutique villas. We always try to make your stay pleasant!

Property information

Fine decorated boutique rentals in Kriopigi Halkidiki, covering the modern functional and aesthetic needs of the visitor. Minimal design, exploitation of the view, selection of materials, furniture and copies of Greek painters' works, give a careful aesthetic image. Five functional villas with a spacious living room, full-equipped kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and 1-2 bedrooms (with a second bathroom) in the upper floor. The villas are sharing the swimming pool, operates by salt electrolysis, without adding chlorine, friendly to humans and the environment. Daily maid service. Modern air-conditioning and hot water system. Electric window blinds, screens, smart & satellite TV, alarm system. Beds, mattresses and all linen is Cocomat. Modern kitchen equipment and dishwasher. Outside equipment (living room, dining room). Communal bbq, communal washing machine and dryer. Playground. Supervised free parking with security cameras, upgraded Wifi in all areas.

Neighbourhood information

Kriopigi is a very nice small village with local feel touch. Easy access to restaurants, shopping etc.
