Newly and totally renovated, fully equipped, offers comfortable space and facilities for up to 4 persons, including a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a yard. The bedroom can accommodate 3 persons (a double and a single bed) and in the living room there is a sofa bed that can accommodate an extra person. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment and utilities to make your stay easy and enjoyable (electric stove, refrigerator, dish washer, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker, kettle, hand blender, washing machine, kitchen utensils and tableware). Under the kiosk outside, there is a dining table and a BBQ grill with full equipment. (dining table for 6 persons that offers the opportunity of eating with a sea view. There is also a BBQ grill with full equipment.) At the garden there is a smaller table for you to enjoy. Also, there is an outdoor shower, 2 sunbeds, an umbrella and a coffee table, just by the sea. For those who would like to experience a fishing "adventure" or a visit to the nearby beaches, we would be happy to guide and transport you with our boat (1-2 days prearrangement required).
We will be happy to answer any questions you may have, give you information and help you with everything you may need! Our goal is to make your stay a cherished memory!
The house is literally in front of the sea, located in Marathos, between Volos and Nea Anchialos (12 km far from each) and about 35 km far from Nea Anchialos National Airport. The distance to the nearest gas station is 2.5 km and to the nearest super market is 6 km.
