Two-floor, modern beach house with minimalist design facing the crystal blue sea of Aigeopelagitika, one of the most well-known and beautiful complexes of Kassandra, near Possidi. The beach is a 2-minute walk away and supermarkets, taverns, beach bars and other shops within a 5-minute drive. This renovated summer house is ideal for families with children and couples. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a dining area. The kitchen is additionally equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster and a highchair for babies. On the second floor there are two roomy bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. There is also a security door in front of the staircase. Throughout the house there are screens that offer insect protection, as well as ceiling or floor fans. Οn both floors there are large balconies overlooking the sea . Besides the 2-floor apartment and the two spacious balconies, there is a back yard and a communal front garden which can be used. There will be a family member or assistant available to help with any issues that may come up. Available to communicate via phone/ sms at any time.

I am a Greek visual artist, based in Berlin, Germany. Besides art I love design, yoga, traveling and I am very interested in Asian cultures. I am the host of a 2-floor summerhouse and a fully equipped room in Kassandra, Halkidiki. My parents and a few people of trust help me host guests since I am often away.
