The house is located on the 5th floor of a residential building near Pasalimani, the yacht marina in Piraeus Port. It is very quiet and well-lit. It is near the terminal of Line 3 (Airport Line), and is only a 6-minute walk from the subway entrance, tram station, and bus station. There are bustling commercial streets and large supermarkets near the apartment, and the yacht marina is just a few minutes' walk away. Most of the home appliances and furniture are newly purchased, and most of the indoor furniture is from IKEA. The 1.6-meter comfortable bed and 1.3-meter wide sofa bed can meet the accommodation needs of 2 to 3 people. There is an extra-large balcony, providing you with a very comfortable and cozy leisure space. The room is equipped with a 43-inch TV (equipped with 100M high-speed fiber optic network and Disney +, HBO TV services), washing machine, air conditioner, water heater, refrigerator, oven, microwave oven and other home appliances
