Welcome to Quattro Zie, a small renovated family residence, located in the traditional neighbourhood of Metropolis (aka Marasia). With great love and respect to its unique history, the single-storey residence of Quattro Zie maintains its original details and features (handmade cement tiles, ceiling decorations, wooden doors, restored furniture), typical of the 1930s when it was built by our great grandfather, but also the characteristic architectural typology of that period of all rooms arranged in a line, high ceilings and space pervaded by light. The house is surrounded by a yard and garden, offering isolation and relaxation, away from the fast paced city, yet so conveniently close to it. The restoration was carried out aligned with our priority to preserve the original form of this house, which is full of the memories and the love we received from our four great-aunts who raised us (hence the name of the residence). Our next priority, though, was to provide you with all the modern amenities and make your stay comfortable, as well as an unforgettable, pleasant and quality experience. The neighbourhood of Metropolis, also known among the locals as Marasia, has managed to preserve its picturesque and traditional character throughout the years. It is an area known for its peaceful surroundings, well preserved architecture, old churches, neoclassical edifices and vast history that dates back to the Italian occupation era. In this neighbourhood, it feels like time has frozen. Children play around, carefree and happy, as if they lived in the countryside. Internal yards, gardens and scenic alleys, offer the ideal environment, away from traffic dangers and noise. It is an old-school quality place here. We know you and the youngest members of your family will love it.
