Διαμέρισμα 40 τετραγωνικών μέτρων πρώτου ορόφου στο κέντρο του οικισμού Αργιλιά Μάνης. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μονό κρεβάτι, τραπεζαρία, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και ένα μπάνιο. Επίσης διαθέτει ένα μπαλκόνι πολύ μεγάλο όπου βλέπει στην θάλασσα και πρόσβαση σε κοινόχρηστη αυλή-βεράντα με αντίστοιχα πολύ ωραία θέα στην θάλασσα.
