A traditional Cycladic whitewashed villa overlooking the Aegean sea, located in a secluded green valley.
RIZA is a 60m2 cosy private villa with a 180m2 terrace including its own saltwater infinity pool. A 23m2 separate studio is situated below on the lower garden level. The house was built around an ancient olive tree and gives this property its name, Riza = Root in Greek. A 10 minute drive to closest charming town Batsi with restaurants and bars. A 15 minute easy-medium hike to a secluded beach.
