Rosmerta Villa’s stunning 540m² outdoor area is thoughtfully designed to maximize leisure and comfort. Enjoy a 65m² private pool (1.50m depth, non-heated) with a children’s compartment (3x5m and 0.60m depth), surrounded by sun-loungers and umbrellas for relaxing under the Cretan sun.
 **** Heated Spa Whirlpool Details **** The villa features an outdoor whirlpool providing optimal comfort for relaxation. The heating temperature varies between 24-28°C subject to the weather and temperature fluctuations. Upon your arrival at the villa, your host will provide you with instructions on how to operate the whirlpool. Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) • Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also • Smoking is allowed only outdoors • No pets allowed • Events are not allowed • Supervision of children is your responsibility • ThinkVilla 24/7 Concierge Service. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
