40 sq meters ( 430 sq feet ) renovation finished in 2024 , located on the ground floor with extremely easy access. Studio Apartment ideal for 2 people , queen bed , fully equipped kitchen, can sleep a third person on the sofa/couch . Huge 65 inch tv , with netflix and freeWifi.

Centrally located 8 minutes walk to Glyfada centre , 8 minutes walk to the beach and most exclusive "One&Only Aesthesis " resort. 1 minute walk from local market ( supermarket , cafe, bakery, dry cleaner, pharmacy). 1 minute walk to children's playground , 5 minutes walk to tram for Athens and Piraeus port . 7 minutes walk to Asklipio Voula Hospital. 25 minutes drive to airport. 25 minute drive to Piraeus .
