The property consists of two separated buildings (the main house and the guest house) and private swimming pool which are set in a 2000 sq.m plot. Additionally, the basement with independent entrance has two beds, a small kitchen and a bathroom. This place can be easily converted into a fully equipped home cinema. The stone house is an independent open- plan building 40 sq.m and 20 m away from the main one with a double bed and a sofa bed. It is also equipped with a small kitchen and a bathroom. It is surrounded by many trees and a small stonework stairs leads to a roof with an impressive panoramic view.

I worked many years in the banking sector, mainly in Athens and a few year in London. I live in Athens but I spend a lot of time in Aegina ,where its unique light and atmosphere relax and give me energy in the same time . In our Aegina villa, we have spent lovely moments with my family and friends. Although Traveling is one of my main interests , I consider hosting as an equally strong experience.

The villa is at the edge of a small old rural settlement, on a hill,just 3 kms of Aegina town and by the main sea road . There are no shops or restaurants . It is quiet with no traffic. It s also enjoyable for walks by the sea or to the hill, early in the morning or during sunset. A small supermarket is just 1,5 kms from the villa. The landscape is typical Mediterranean , with pine trees , olives , cypresses , pistachio trees, (typical in Aegina), fig trees etc . The orientation is WSW ,with beautiful sunset in the sea. The views are very beautiful, relaxing ,to the Saronic sea with small islands and the coast of Peloponese and especially the gulf of Epidaurus, city of Aegina and to the mild mountain slopes to the north .
