When this luxurious wooden villa was built, it was inspired by the architectural style of Switzerland’s mountains. It's located right next to Pefkochori village, at a quiet residential neighborhood. The house boasts direct access to a fantastic beach and has also a garden which is filled with a lot of different tree species.
The vintage house has two floors, a kiosk with a living room and a kitchen and a parking lot for 4 cars. Its balcony has a fantastic view to the Toroneos Bay.
