It is only 15 minutes drive away from Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos.

It consists of an open space , living room , a bedroom, a fully renovated bathroom and a large balcony with an unlimited view of the sea.
The open space includes a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining table and a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed that can sleep up to 2 guests.
Also in the living room there is a 43'' LED 4K Smart TV and air-condition.
The bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables, a comfortable wardrobe for arranging your clothes and air-condition.
The apartment also has a washing machine.
Both from the living room and from the bedroom there is access to the balcony that has an unlimited view of the beach which is 30 meters from the house.
Finally, at the back of the apartment building there is a private parking area where you can park your car in a space covered with a tent.
