A new-built minimal villa located in Aghia Effimia in the Kefalonia region, offering a panoramic view both of the sea and the mountain. With private terrace and awaits you to feel a unique stay.Few meters away you can swim at the village's beaches.This villa features 2 bedrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. A flat-screen TV is available.The property is 7 km from Sami, and complimentary private parking is featured. Can accomodate up to 5 people.The nearest beach is only 50m away.The bathroom contains all the bath amenities .Moreover you can enjoy plenty of sun at the private yard with panoramic seaview.
Near the house you can have dinner at Amalias restaurant or Paradise beach. The local markets and the center of the village are about 500m long. You will also find taxi station souvenir shops and pharmacy.Agia Effimia is an autonomous village providing their guests a great experience.
