My name is George Ziwgas, I am the owner of 3 hotels in Greece with ten years experience. After the successful 2 year Seaside Studios - Issos Beach course I made the decision to build a modernized apartment hotel closer to Issos beach. My studies in environmental sciences and my many years of involvement in tourism have given me the impetus to invest in natural and man-made areas that offer visitors greater added value on their vacation.

The Seaside Residence was put into operation in the summer of 2022. It consists of 15 renovated spacious rooms and is located 500 meters from the famous beach of Issos. The rooms combine modern decor with all modern amenities.

Agios Georgios - Argyrades is located in the southwestern part of Corfu in an area of ​​rare natural beauty. The lush forests, the huge beaches reminiscent of the lunar landscape and the good climate of South Corfu are important parameters of the region. All this contributes to the authentic hospitality of the locals, since the area has not yet become a tourist alienation, combined with a unique local gastronomy. Besides swimming at the beaches of Agios Georgios and Issos (one of the best beaches on the island), visitors can also go hiking or horseback riding in the Korissia sanctuary and the surrounding area.
