This seaside apartment is located at the center of the Nea Iraklitsa village (around 11 km away from the city of Kavala). The apartment is on the 2n floor and has a spectacular panoramic view of the picturesque Nea Iraklitsa bay. Moreover, the apartment is situated directly at the seaside pedestrian zone with a lot of traditional and modern restaurants, taverns, cafeterias, and beach-bars fully-equipped with chaises. Note that a safe outdoor public parking is located a walking distance of 150 m from the pedestrian zone. The apartment has been fully renovated and wonderfully decorated in May 2021. It has a spacious front balcony with modern furniture, two bedrooms with king-size double beds, built-in wardrobes and a baby bed, a living room together with a fully-equipped kitchen (all electric appliances and utensils), an independent bath and a small hall. It has, also, a free Wi-Fi Internet and access control, a powerful heating-cooling system, and a flat TV at every room. Finally, the appropriate linen and bedding are provided. The entrance of the block of flats is on the pedestrian zone, where all shops, cafes, and restaurants can be reached at a walking distance.
