The yard provides free car parking but there is ample of free parking space and outside .An outside shower for summer use is in the yard which is covered with fine gravel and some small trees and rose plants. A portable BBQ for outside use in the yard is available upon request. A bike is available for cycling nearby upon request.Also darts game. A double canoe is available upon request.Also a table tennis table in the house yard. Linen and towels are provided-one set for every week of stay. Tranquil environment with a very good sea view. Construction of years 2011-14. Pretty close to sandy beaches(250-300m away). Also pretty close to Athens International Airport some 15 km SouthEast of it at the Eastern seashore of Attica in the Aegean Sea.It is also 40 km SouthEast from Athens downtown center and about 50 mins using a car and the metro. A welcome breakfast basket along with a bottle of local wine is offered to guests. The villa is consisting of two detached independent and identical apartments in first and second floor,each of 65 m2 surface area and each with a 20m2 area seaview veranda.In this advert the apartment in the first floor is presented.Second floor apartment accessible by 25 stairs.First floor by 9 stairs. Two bedrooms,one with a double bed and the other with a bunk. An extra portable bed can be provided upon request to accommodate one more person.A sofa in living room can sleep one or two more people than the five in the bedrooms.Two baby cribs available upon request

Medical services can be found in Porto Rafti and in Markopoulo city where is the emergency first aid center. Directions to get to the Athens downtown and Acropolis are as follow: Athens by car- metro Follow the road towards Markopoulo and Athens.After reaching Markopoulo follow the road towards Athens without tolls .At the second traffic lights turn left to find the Koropi suburban rail station- where from you will get the metro to Ag.Marina.Descent at Monastiraki station to access Athens downtown and Acropolis.Estimated time of total travel 45-50 mins. It is suggested than going by car.You can use the metro almost everywhere in Athens.(single ticket cost 1.40 euro and is valid for 90 mins) Don't miss to visit the Acropolis-Parthenon (entrance fee about 20 euro) and the new Acropolis museum (entrance fee about 5 euro). Walk also in the older parts of Athens ,in the foothills of Acropolis, in the areas called Monastiraki-Plaka and Anafiotika.(metro stations Acropolis and Monastiraki)
