Shades of blue villa is a unique place in terms of style, luxury, privacy and tranquility around all the corners of the house with an uninterrupted sea view. By the time you get here, you will love the place and you will feel at home right away! The villa is fully equipped, so you will have all your comforts from day one.Please note that the villa is built on a cliff, 6 km away from Kiveri village and 4 km away from Xiropigado. So, a car is essential for moving around. Though, "villes" the famous beach is available in a 7 min walking distance through an inside the properry path. You are free to use the swimming pool when the weather is appropriate for you and you feel like it... If you have your kids with you, prefer to guide them at the site of the pool stairs, where the depth is 1.20m and pls be careful with the edges of the pool (left and right) where there is a little bit of risk for young children. Pls also note, that the villa has an energy efficiency certificate and belongs to energy category B. Protocol number 270439/2019, Date,30/9/2019
