The villa is within walking distance from daily amenities and just a short drive from the beach and the lively old town Rethymno. At the same time it provides full privacy to its guests, as the old buildings across the street are not inhabited. Sissi Boutique Villa is consisted of 3 independent units, providing privacy to its guests, making it ideal for big groups, who want to spend their holidays together. In total, the property covers 260 sq. m. and can accommodate 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms. The location is ideal as the house is close to urban areas but it offers peace and full privacy to its guests, as the old buildings across the street are not inhabited. Also the Villa is located at the heart of the village, conveniently located close to all daily amenities, which are within walking distance. - Its layout is suitable for large groups as it offers 3 different indoor sitting areas, as well as 2 separate verandas and sun beds by the pool. - The high quality of the construction, equipment and furnishings, as well as the beautiful design and decoration. - Various facilities include a 35 sq. m. private, heated swimming pool with a four-seat hydromassage function, fully equipped BBQ facilities and 3 bikes. Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Sissi Boutique Villa is located in the centre of Pigi and its location gives you the advantage to reach all necessary daily amenities on foot. In the village one may find several taverns, mini market, bakery, butcher, traditional cafe, as well as a pharmacy. Additionaly, a playground, basketball and football courts are available in the village, very close to the Villa. Furthermore, the long sandy beach of Rethymno is only 3 km away and the picturesque old town just 10 minutes away by car or the bus. The village has bus connection to Rethymno town, as well as Platanias and Adelianos Kampos areas, where you can find with many organised beaches, night clubs, super market and restaurants (2 - 5 km away from the Villa)!
